All items are sent through the United States Postal Service(USPS). International items are sent with Global Post via the USPS. Items can be returned for the original purchase price ONLY and not the cost of shipping. In order to initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered . You then have seven days to send the item back in the condition it was sent to you. There is a 5 percent restocking fee for all returns. Custom items and all apparel cannot be returned or exchanged. All return postage must be paid by you, the buyer.
If you are an international buyer, specifically within the European Union, you must assume all costs associated with VAT. We are not responsible for the costs related to the Value Added Tax and if the item is sent back to us because it was not picked up, we will refund your original purchase ONLY and not the cost of shipping.
All items are sold NEW and as-is. ZanzibarLand will us discretion on a case by case basis and you may be rewarded a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances of your return.
When your item ships, ZanzibarLand is no longer responsible for the well being or promptness of your delivery however ZanzibarLand will, with due diligence, follow-up with the USPS regarding the status of your delivery.
ZanzibarLand is not responsible for parcels that are damaged, lost, or stolen by the USPS. In the event your package is mishandled by the USPS you must check with your local post office and file a lost item claim. ZanzibarLand will assist you with the claim to the best of our ability. If the item is marked as delivered and you do not have it in your posession, you must contact the USPS regarding the status of your package. If the package is returned to sender (RTS) due to a mistake in your shipping address, ZanzibarLand will refund your original purchase ONLY and not the cost of shipping.
